Companies Act (Cap. 386), article 272
272. (1) If the liquidator is, at an y time after a declaration is
made in accordance with article 268, of opinion that the compan y
will not be able to pay its debts within the period stated in t he said
declaration, he shall forthwith summon a meeting of the credito rs,
and shall lay before the meeti ng a statement of the assets and
liabilities of the company and the provisions of article 276 sh all
apply.
(2) If the liquidator fails to comply with the provisions of thi s
article, he shall be l iable to a penalty.
