386. If any alteration is made in - (a) the charter, statutes or memorandum and articles of an oversea company or any such instrument as aforesaid; or (b) the directors or company secretary or the persons vested with the administration or the representation of an oversea company, or in the particulars specified under article 385(1)(b); or (c) the names or addresses of t he individuals authorised to represent an oversea compa ny for the activities of the branch or place of business established in Malta, the company shall, within one month of any such alteration, del iver to the Registrar for registration a return containing the parti culars of the alteration, signed by a d irector, the company secretary or other authorised off icer of the company.
