13. An offender in respect of whom a community service order is in force shall: (a) report to the relevant authority from time to time according to the instructions issued by the community service officer; (b) perform satisfactorily for the number of hours 10 [CAP. 446. PROBATION specified in the order such work at such times as shall be directed by or on behalf of the relevant authority; (c) notify the community service officer to whom the offender is required to report under this subarticle of any change of his address.
