14. (1) Subject to the provisions of article 11, the work to be performed under a community service order shall be performed in the period of not less than one month and not more than two years beginning on the date of the order: Provided that, on application of the offender or the Director, and if it appears to the court to be in the interest of justice, having regard to the circumstances of the case, the court may extend the period of two years. (2) Directions given under subarticle (1) shall, so far as practicable, avoid any interference with the times during which the offender normally works or attends a school or other educational or training establishment. Breach of community service order.
