35. The Minister may, after consultation with the Board, make regulations prescribing the minimum information which every employer shall be bound to provide to every employee and the manner in which such information is to be given to the employee and to regulate any other matter relating to the employer’s obligation to inform or consult the employee or the employees’ representatives on employment conditions, and, in such regulati ons the Minister may grant exemption from the obligation imposed by this article or establish differ ent rules for different classes or types of employment.
