Employment and Industrial Relations Act (Cap. 452), article 56
56. (1) The Registrar shall keep a register of all trade unions
and employers’ associations registered under this Act, showing the
names of such unions and associations and such other particulars as
the Registrar may deem appropriate.
(2) The register of trade unions and employers’ associations
shall be open to inspection by any person free of charge at all
reasonable times.
