29. (1) Subject to article 28, at the termination of a mediation all documentation relating to the mediation process shall be retained by the mediator and may only be destroyed after two years therefrom. (2) The Centre may, however, include information concerning the mediation in any aggregate statistical data that is published from time to time concerning its activities, provided that such information does not reveal the identity of the parties or does not enable the particular circumstances of the dispute to be identified.
