30. The Minister may from time to time make regulations generally for the carrying out of the provisions of this Act an d for such matters as may be authorised by the Act to be prescribed. Language. 31. The language to be used in the mediation process shall, unless the parties agree otherwise, be Maltese. Tariff of fees. 32.
