18. The Authority may engage such consultants or advisers, as it may consider necessary to assist it in the fulfilment of its functions. For the purpose of this clause, all Environmental Vo luntary Organisations shall automatically be deemed eligible as consult ants and advisers that can assist the Authority in the fulfillment of its functions.
