37. (1) Every member of the Authority Board, the Chief Executive Officer and each Director of the Authority or any oth er member of the Authority as prescribed by the Minister, shall su bmit a declaration of assets in accordan ce with the procedures establi shed for this purpose by the Minister. (2) The Minister shall, in consultation with the Authority, issue, publish and review a code about the conduct expected of the members of the Authority and any other committee, board or othe r body established by this Act, and of officers of the Authority, in connection with the performance of the Authority’s functions. (3) The provisions of the code of conduct shall be taken into account in deciding whether any such member or officer is unfit to perform the duties assigned to him under this Act or whether hi s term of office is to be renewed. (4) The names of all the members of the Authority, and of any committee, board or other body established by this Act, and any other change in such membership shall be published in the Gazet te.
