67. (1) The Authority shall have power to levy a charge in respect of any authorisation to carry out an activity, or environmental assessments, environmental auditing or environmental monitoring, to b e known as the processing fee, including any applicat ion therefor, in accordance with a schedu le of charges established by it with the concurrence of the Minister and of the Minister responsible for finance, taking account of the nature of the activity, the timing of the activity, of the conditions attaching to the authorisation and of any other relevant consideration. (2) The Authority shall have power to levy a charge in respect of any other application for an authorisation made to it. (3) The schedule of charges and the rates of contributions established under this article, as from time to time in force, shall be published as regulations and sha ll have effect as so published.
