49. The Authority and the officers and employees of the Authority shall not be liable in d amages for anything done or o mitted to be done in the discharge or purported discharge of any funct ion under this Act or any other law administered by the Authority, or otherwise in the exercise of the ir official duties, unless the act or omission is shown to have been done or omitted to be done, as t he case may be, in bad faith. 32 [CAP. 583.
