Traffic Regulation Ordinance (Cap. 65), article 15A
15A. (1) No person shall drive or attempt to drive or be in
charge of a motor vehicle or oth er vehicle on a road or other p ublic
place if he is unfit to drive.
(2) For the purposes of this arti cle, a person shall be deemed t o
be unfit to drive if his ability to drive properly is for the t ime being
impaired.
