Traffic Regulation Ordinance (Cap. 65), article 15B
15B. (1) No person shall drive, attempt to drive or be in charge
of a motor vehicle or other vehicle on a road or other public p lace
after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in hi s
breath, blood or urine exceed s the prescr ibed limit.
(2) The Minister responsible for the Police may make
regulations which provide for -
(a) the procedures to be adopted by the Police or by the
community officers in the carrying out of breathalyser
tests;
(b) the determination of the type of device to be used for
the taking of the breathalyser test;
(c) the procedure for the taking of body fluid specimens
including blood;

(d) the determination of the laboratory for the taking of
body fluid specimens including blood:
Provided that the Minister respo nsible for the Police may, by
regulations made under this Ordin ance, amend, repeal or repeal and
re-enact the schedules to this Ordinance.
