25. The licence mentioned in article 17 shall be withdrawn if the vehicle is declared to be unfit for public use. The said licence shall be returned or, if lapsed, renewed when the vehicle is put in order to the satisfaction of the Authority. Notice of sale or disposal of licensed vehicle.
