Traffic Regulation Ordinance (Cap. 65), article 26

26. Any person named as owner or part-owner on a licence, who shall have sold or otherwise disposed of his interest in the vehicle to which the licence relates, shall give notice to the Authority of such sale or disposal, and shall at the same time produce the licence in order that a note may be entered thereon showing the material particulars of such sale or disposal; and in default of such notice and production, such person shall, notwithstanding such sale or disposal, continue to be subject to the provisions of this Ordinance as owner or part-owner of the vehicle. Number of vehicle to be kept always visible to public. Added by: XXIII. 2000.30.
