35. Every driver licensed to drive a vehicle for hire shall, whilst driving the vehicle, or plying for hire, carry the licence on him and shall produce the same whenever requested by the Police or any other authority. Owner or driver may not refuse to hire vehicle except on reasonable grounds. Added by: XXIII. 2000.30.
