226B. Where any of the offences in articles 225, 226 and 226A has been committed by any explosive fluid or substance, the punishment laid down for the offence shall be increased by two to three degrees. Involuntary homicide or bodily harm in the course of a rescue attempt. Added by: XXIX.2020.3.
