Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 331
331. Except in the cases referred to in articles 316, 317 and
318, no criminal proceedings may be instituted except on the
complaint of the injured party for offences committed against t he
property of any descendant or re lative by affinity in the desce nding
line, or of any one of the spouses, unless such offences be
accompanied with homicide, bodily harm or confinement of the
person or with a threat to kill or to inflict bodily harm.
