Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 332

332. Except in the cases referred to in articles 316, 317 and 318, no criminal proceedings may be instituted except on the complaint of the injured party for offences committed against t he property of any ascendant or rela tive by affinity in the ascend ing line, or of a brother or sister or of any relative by affinity in the same degree, unless such offence s be accompanied with homicide, bodily harm, other than a slight bodily harm of small consequen ce, or with confinement of the person. Outsiders excepted. Amended by: XI.1900.49.
