337D. Any person who without authorisation does any of the following acts shall be guilty of an offence against this artic le - (a) modifies computer equipment or supplies that are used or intended to be used in a computer, computer system or computer network; (b) takes possession of, damages or destroys a computer, computer system, computer network, or computer supplies used or intended to be used in a computer, computer system or computer network or impairs the operation of any of the aforesaid.
