Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 359
359. (1) Saving the provisions of article 666, it is the duty of
the Executive Police to execute any warrant or order of arrest or
search that may, in the cases prescribed by law, be issued or g iven
by any other competent authority.

(2) Any such warrant or order shall set forth the nature of the
offence and the name of the person, if known, by whom the offen ce
is alleged to have been committed.
