360. (1) Where there are not sufficient grounds according to law for the arrest of any pers on charged with an offence, the Executive Police shall, by an ord er in writing, summon such per son to appear before the C ourt of Magistrates. Contents of summons. (2) The summons shall contain a clear designation of the person summoned and a brief statement of the facts of the charg e together with such particulars a s to time and place as it may b e necessary or practicable to give. It shall also contain an inti mation that, in default of appearance , the person summoned shall be arrested by warrant of the court and arraigned on such day as m ay be stated in the warrant.
