572B. (1) The Executive Police and any other law enforcement or judicial authority shall ensure that the particular needs of vulnerable suspects, vulnerable accused pers ons and vulnerable persons who are the subject of European arrest warrant proceedings pursuant to Framework Decision 2002/584/JHA are taken into account in the 366 CAP . 9.] CRIMINAL CODE application of the provi sions of this Sub-title.
