Criminal Code (Cap. 9), article 615
615. Any person exempt by law from serving as a juror who,
being summoned, fails to declare that he desires to avail himse lf of
such exemption before he is approved as a fit person to be swor n,
may not, after such approval, cla im the benefit of such exempti on.
