78. Whosoever shall endeavour to seduce any person serving in the Armed Forces of Malta from his duty and allegiance to th e Republic of Malta, or to incite or stir up any such person to c ommit any act of mutiny, or to make or endeavour to make any mutinous assembly, or to commit any traitorous or mutinous practice whatsoever, shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term from nine months to three years.
