80. If twelve or more persons being unlawfully assembled together to the disturbance of t he public peace, and being form ally warned or required by any competent authority to disperse themselves and peaceably to depart to their habitations or to t heir lawful business, shall, to the number of twelve or more, unlawf ully remain or continue together for the space of one hour after suc h public warning shall have been giv en, every such offender shall , on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term from nine mont hs to three years. Assembly when not unlawful. Amended by: XXVII.1975.12.
