Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 46A
46A. During the pendency of the action for separation, either
spouse, whether plaintiff or defendant, may demand from the oth er
spouse a maintenance allowance in proportion to his or her need s
and the means of the other spous e, and taking in to account also all
other circumstances of the spouses.
