Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 47

47. During the pendency of the actio n the court shall give such directions concerning the custo dy of the children as it may dee m appropriate, and in so doing the paramount consideration shall be the welfare of the children: Provided that in cases where there is evidence of domestic violence, the Court may limit or deny access to the children if such access would put the children or the other parent at risk. Withdrawal from the community of acquests to enable a party to reside outside the matrimonial home. Added by: VII.2026. 11.
