Civil Code (Cap. 16), article 558

558. (1) In the case of movables by nature, or securities to bearer, possession shall produce in favour of third parties in good faith the same effects as the title, saving, in regard to vessels, the provisions of any other law. (2) The provisions of this article shall not apply in the case of a universitas of movables. Owner of thing lost or stolen may recover it.
