100. All persons who at the time of commencement of the Malta Police Ordinance were serving as police officers shall be deeme d to have been appointed under that Ordinance as in force prior to t he coming into force of the Malta Police Ordinance (Amendment) Act , 2002, and shall be considered to have duly taken the oath of of fice as required by such law. PART VIII Pensions Minister may make pension regulations.
