372A. (1) All penalties contemplated by any provision of this Act may be fixed and imposed by the Registrar-General. (2) The imposition of a penalty in terms of this Act shall constitute an executive title within the meaning and for the purposes of Title VII of Part I of Book Second of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure .
